Hey world, we exist!
This site is under construction as part of a “home in the wilderness” for those
who want to remain in faith-based activism
(including but not limited to climate activism), but
who now have at least one foot outside of traditional and/or business-as-usual religion
(evangelical or otherwise), and
who are ready to take a bolder, more prophetic stance in this age
(than what their religion has allowed, or for which it is allowing itself to be mobilized).
Our Founding Story
How did a group of climate leaders, who began evangelical and conservative, end up exploring new earth-honouring spiritualities and joining the resistance against climate fascism and other injustices?
Why Narya is the symbol for our time?
Narya is the third elvish ring in Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings. It has the power to bring hope and courage in a time of despair, and Gandalf was wearing it the entire time!
